As we’re not able to have our annual camp at Bundeena Camp this year we have a weekend of special activities planned.
FRI Night GROUP 6PM 27 NOV
As usual you are welcome to come to our Lighthouse Friday Night Group which will be held on Friday 27 November 2020 at Melody and Rodger’s place at 6pm starting with a light evening meal and then our FNG. Our FNG meeting will include listening to songs, talking to our Heavenly Father and a short talk, reflection and discussion from the Bible. After FNG we will have tea, coffee and a chat to catch up.
Address 14/35 Ocean St Bondi – press 14 and the bell key on the keypad which will call to our unit where we will let you in. Then come up to Unit 14 on the 2nd floor.
All are welcome to come and join us – we’re looking forward to seeing you here.
SAT Morning/Afternoon PICNIC 28 Nov 11:30am
A picnic at Parsley Bay. You can reach Parsley Bay by public transport – BUS 386 to Vaucluse from outside Westfield Bondi Junction, Oxford St and then change bus to 325 to Watson Bay getting off at Wentworth Rd at Fitzwilliam Rd – then walk to Parsley Bay (4min).
We will do a car pick up at 11.00am behind CMP from Grosvenor Lane (between CMP and the bus interchange). Please RING MEL on 0404 349 522 by Friday evening to BOOK a car spot. Lunch will be provided but please bring water bottle, swimmers, picnic rug/chair, hat etc…
SAT Evening PIZZA and MOVIE Night 28 Nov 6PM
James will be Head Chef cooking us Pizza but some treats and drinks to share would be appreciated. Please let Melody know by Friday if you are coming for Pizza catering 0404 349 522.
SUN Church in the Market Place (CMP) 29 Nov 10am
We can continue our time together at CMP where Counselling psychologist Dr Mel Fung will be talking on the “Social Stigma on Christians and Mental Health”.
We hope you can join us for some or all of the above activities this coming weekend.
